Diploma in Business Administration (RQF) Level 3
The Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration RQF is a qualification that prepares learners with the skills and knowledge needed to progress and work effectively within business administration role. You will gain the expertise needed to fulfil the role such as business communication, administration, negotiation skills, delivering presentations and presenting business data.
Business Administration at Level 3 is suitable or those who are new to the role or who are just building up their knowledge to be able to access the role.
Studying for Level 3 business administration qualification with blended learning approach allows to take control of your study schedule work suit your work and other commitments. - Module Three: Principles of business communication and information (R/506/1940)
Unit 3
On completion of this module you will:
- Understand negotiation in a business environment
- Understand how to develop and deliver presentations
- Understand how to create bespoke business documents
- Understand information systems in a business environment
Unit Four: Principles of administration (Y/506/1941)
On completion of this module you will:
- Understand how to manage an office facility
- Understand health and safety in a business environment
- Understand how to take minutes of meetings
- Understand how to chair, lead and manage meetings
- Understand how to supervise an administration team
- Understand how to organise events
Unit Five: Principles of business (D/506/1942)
On completion of this module you will:
- Understand business markets
- Understand business innovation and growth
- Understand financial management
- Understand business budgeting
- Understand sales and marketing
You would have the opportunity to select 6-7 more optional units based on your job description.Â
Entry Requirements
As this is a Level 3 qualification, learners will need to have a good standard of written and verbal communication skills. Â
Minimum age restriction
You must be aged 16 or above to enrol on this course.
Assessment requirements
The assessments will consist of: Q&A, Essay, Case Studies, Projects, Observation, Witness Statement, and reflective accounts.
